Hatay Chemical-Weave Co., Ltd was established in 2002, beginning with canvas and fabric production. This foundation in materials and textile craftsmanship paved the way for our long-term development in the footwear industry.
In 2006, we established the Hatay footwear factory in Tan Lap Commune, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi, Vietnam. Today, the facility covers a total area of 16,000 m², including 9,000 m² of workshop space. It operates 12 stitching lines and 2 assembly lines, supported by a skilled workforce of 750 people.
Our manufacturing capabilities cover three principal footwear constructions: vulcanized shoes, cemented shoes and injection-moulded shoes. Each production stage is managed through disciplined processes focused on consistent quality, workplace safety and reliable delivery.
Hatay Shoes is now a member of Ha Tay Group, a manufacturing network comprising five facilities: Hatay Chemical-Weave Co., Ltd; Truong Xuan Shoes Factory; Thang Long Shoes; Shun Zu Factory; and Thai Binh Factory.
Across the group, more than 3,000 employees contribute to an annual production capacity exceeding 6 million pairs. With over two decades of experience, we have built a strong reputation for quality footwear and continue contributing to the growth of Vietnam’s leather and footwear industry.
