On the occasion of the 97th Anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 – July 28, 2026), the Hatay Textile Company Limited Trade Union, in collaboration with the O Dien Commune Trade Union, successfully organized the “Trade Union Meal” program for employees and union members.

The event was held to strengthen the bond between the Trade Union and employees while demonstrating the organization’s commitment to improving the well-being of its workforce. The gathering provided an opportunity for employees, union representatives, and company leaders to share a warm meal, exchange ideas, and foster a stronger sense of solidarity within the workplace.

More than just a meal, the “Trade Union Meal” reflected the Trade Union’s dedication to supporting employees both professionally and personally. The program created a welcoming atmosphere where participants could connect, encourage one another, and reinforce the spirit of unity that contributes to the company’s sustainable development.

During the event, representatives of the O Dien Commune Trade Union and the Hatay Textile Company Trade Union extended their appreciation and encouragement to all employees, recognizing their continuous dedication and valuable contributions to the company’s growth and success.

Founded in 2002, Hatay Textile Company Limited initially specialized in textile manufacturing. In 2006, the company expanded its operations by establishing a footwear manufacturing facility in Tan Lap Commune, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi, Vietnam. Today, the factory covers approximately 16,000 square meters, operates 12 stitching lines and 2 finishing lines, and provides stable employment for around 750 employees. Throughout its development, the company has remained committed to improving working conditions, ensuring occupational safety, and creating a positive and sustainable working environment.

The successful collaboration between the Hatay Textile Company Trade Union and the O Dien Commune Trade Union once again demonstrated the important role of Trade Union organizations in caring for employees and strengthening the relationship between businesses and the workforce.

Looking ahead, both Trade Unions will continue to organize meaningful activities that protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees while fostering a united, motivated, and professional working environment for the sustainable development of the company.
