The Sam Son 2024 summer retreat gave Hatay Shoes employees time to step away from the production floor, recharge together and celebrate the people behind every achievement of the company. Against the lively backdrop of the beach, colleagues from different departments connected through laughter, conversation and shared experiences.
Team-building activities brought an energetic atmosphere to the trip. The colorful teams worked together through movement games and friendly challenges, where coordination, trust and encouragement mattered more than the final result. Each moment reflected the same collaborative spirit that connects our teams at work every day.
Sport was also an important part of the program. Friendly football matches created excitement and strengthened bonds across departments. Every team competed enthusiastically and fairly, while colleagues cheered one another on from the sidelines.
